Application for Credit

You can apply for credit in four easy steps. This single form* may be used to apply for credit with either FABCO RENTS or Lincoln Contractors Supply.

To begin the application process:

  1. Download Application for Credit. (The form is in Adobe Acrobat format, which means you will have to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader software if you don't already have it.)
  2. Print the application form.
  3. Complete the application form in full.
  4. Bring the completed application to your nearest FABCO RENTS/Lincoln Contractors Supply location for processing.

*This application is for the purpose of obtaining credit from FABCO RENTS and/or LCS only.
